Medical Offices, Restaurants Open at Rhodes Ranch Plaza on Warm Springs Road in Las Vegas
Las Vegas, NV (PRWEB) May 18, 2007 -- Rhodes Ranch Plaza, a $12 million neighborhood center at 8785 and 8795 W. Warm Springs Rd. is 60 percent leased, said Rob Lujan, vice president, leasing and brokerage for Gatski Commercial Real Estate Services.
The plaza, owned by Warm Springs Partners, LLC and developed by Omni Group Development, is just west of the intersection of Durango and Warm Springs and is considered phase two of the Vons-anchored shopping center.
Current tenants include Sumo Sushi II, Marco's Pizza, Luxury Nails & Spa, Custom Home Loans, Preferred Family Dentistry and Sundance Medical Group. The developer is currently working with several other users -- including an Asian Market, a smoothie and coffee shop, a Mexican taco shop and a day spa, Lujan said.
The plaza spans two buildings and features a mix of office, retail and restaurant space, providing one building with a built-in grease trap and pre-approved outdoor dining for food users and a second retail building providing a market for business owners who want office with retail. Rhodes Ranch Plaza is adjacent to the master-planned community of Rhodes Ranch and in close proximity to Mountains Edge, along with several other surrounding residential communities.
The retail center includes 22,800 square feet of office and retail space. Cartmill Rogers Construction was the general contractor and Pacific Design Concepts was the architect for Rhodes Ranch Plaza's two buildings.
Spaces at Rhodes Ranch Plaza remain available for lease ranging from as small as 1,200 square feet up to 4,800 square feet in vanilla shell condition. For more information on Rhodes Ranch Plaza, interested parties should contact Rob Lujan or Jason Simon at Gatski Commercial Real Estate , (702) 221-8226 or visit Omni Group Development's website at www.omnigd.com
